Welding

Our welders provide high-quality welding services for a wide range of materials and applications. Whether it’s structural fabrication, repair work, or precision welding on critical components, we ensure every job meets applicable codes and customer specifications. Machining

We offer comprehensive machining services for both new fabrication and repair projects. Our skilled machinists are equipped to handle precision turning, milling, and custom component manufacturing. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, we produce tight-tolerance parts and modifications that meet your exact requirements and keep your equipment performing at its best.

Valve Servicing

Our valve servicing team provides comprehensive inspection, repair, and testing of all types of industrial valves and pressure control equipment. Services include seat and seal replacement, lapping, pressure and leak testing, and full re-certification to ensure each valve operates safely and reliably in the field.

We service a wide range of wireline and well control components, including manual and hydraulic valves, flow tees, night caps, flanges, lubricators, and RigLock systems. Whether it’s routine maintenance or major repair, our goal is to restore every component to OEM specifications and ensure compliance with Energy Safety Canada IRP 13 (formerly Enform Canada) and other applicable standards.

All work is completed locally by experienced technicians using certified testing equipment, helping minimize downtime and extend the life of your critical pressure control assets.

Load Testing

We can load test items up to 500 tons locally as part of the repair or certification process, eliminating the need to send equipment out-of-town and minimizing downtime.

Pressure Testing

We have the capability to pressure test equipment up to 30,000 psi, including wireline valves, lubricators, night caps, and flanges, ensuring compliance with Energy Safety Canada IRP 13.

From the picker truck used to lift equipment to all wellhead components, we can maintain, inspect, test, and certify your entire wireline operation.

CNC Plasma Table & Engraving

Our CNC plasma table and engraving systems (dot peen and 100W fiber laser) enable us to produce durable, high-quality tags, plaques, and ID plates to meet your exact specifications.
